Commission Fee Agreement

By Submitting Below, I AGREE:

Should I lease a residence in a building or complex through the work and actions of Simone Joye at Citizens International Realty within 180 days (or six months) of such showing, I agree to immediately pay Citizens International Realty a commission equal to one month of my yearly rent. This commission is earned and payable when I sign a lease and/or the landlord/management company gives its approval for said residences.
