What is LadyScape?

We are overloaded, overburdened, overworked, overmommied, etc.
LadyScape provides you with an opportunity to pause and take care of you.
We are annual "top shelf, classy, exclusive" retreat filled with luxury spa services, "Whoo Sa" moments, serenity, and hosts/sponsors who cater to our every whim.
Our CEO, who has traveled internationally since she was five years old, spends hours and hours conducting travel research, speaking to travel agents, resort representatives, and residents to make sure you have a luxurious experience. We want you to feel good about yourself! As a result, LadyScapers realize the intrinsic value of taking breaks without regret, making friends with some great women, and returning home rejuvenated and refreshed.

Why two trips in 2017?
It's what our clients wanted. We took a poll and our LadyScapers could not decide whether they wanted to go another tropical beach resort or to, what seems to be, every girl's dream: to visit Paris at least once where we can shop until we drop, drink some great wine, eat great food, and likely get into a little French trouble!
So we've decided to offer the best of both by going to Cancun and Paris!

Is a Passport Required to Travel?
Yes. For international destinations you will need a passport. For Paris, your passport must be valid for at least six months after you depart Paris.

Are there any credit card fees for the trip?
Yes. There is a 5% credit card/debit fee added to your trip.

What if I miss my flight?
You should immediately contact us if you miss your flight so we can check you in and guarantee your room.
We cannot guarantee your room if you call the hotel directly.
There are no room refunds. We will try and negotiate a resort credit or a free amenity. However, there are no guarantees. We also cannot guarantee airport transfers if you arrive late at night, but will ensure you get to the hotel safely.

Can I book my flight through you?
For Cancun: Yes. This year we are offering Air+Hotel leaving from NYC. For approximately $100 or so, we can help you depart from other major cities like Atlanta, Washington, DC or LA depending upon when you can book your flight.
For Paris: Yes, but You must depart and return to JFK in NYC with the LadyScape group.

Are flights non-stop?
Our quotes include non-direct flights. However, depending upon when we have enough credit to book your flight, and seat availability, you may end up on a flight with one stop. We will never book flights with more than one stop.

I do not have a roommate. What should I do?
Let us know and we will pair you with a roommate that is just as fabulous as you. Another option is to consider our single occupancy package. If you register and are not able to get a roommate, we will have to charge you the single occupancy rate.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We are at the mercy of the hotel and airline and we follow their refund/cancellation policies.
For cancellations prior to 45 days, you will get a refund of all monies except the $150 deposit.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 45 days of travel. There are NO exceptions. Depending upon the circumstance (e.g. death in family, illness, and at our sole discretion, we may give you a credit towards a future LadyScape getaway. We strongly recommend you independently purchase travel insurance.

For Paris: Paris is a fashion mecca! We recommend you dress fabulously! We also highly recommend some really comfortable walking shoes--there's a lot of concrete! Weather in August is likely to be hot and sunny at least some of the time, but we could have some cooler days and it may rain, so a light jacket/cardigan would be useful. We may also get heavy thundery showers. Remember, shoulders and legs should ALWAYS be covered whenever visiting ANY house of worship in France for ANY reason. Do whatever it takes to respect this unspoken rule, no matter how hot it is.
For Cancun: Cancun has a tropical climate. It will likely be high 90s when we visit. Besides swimwear, you'll want to pack light-colored and lightweight clothing, such as cotton or knits. You should also pack a light sweater/jacket (for at night), a sundress and sandals that match with dressy-casual wear for several of the restaurants we will dine at. Keep your expensive jewelry at home.

No. We also request no one under 25 attend LadyScape 2016.
